PrimeAlerts LLC was founded in 2022 by a team of infrastructure engineers who spent years managing email delivery for high-scale SaaS products. We kept running into the same problem: existing platforms were built for marketing, not for the critical transactional notifications that businesses depend on.
We built PrimeAlerts to solve exactly that — a platform with zero compromise on deliverability, compliance, and developer experience, focused exclusively on the emails that matter most to your business operations.
Incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in the United States, PrimeAlerts operates under the full scope of US federal compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM, while also maintaining GDPR compliance for global customers.

PrimeAlerts LLC ("PrimeAlerts," "we," "us," or "our") operates a transactional email infrastructure platform accessible at primealerts.us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services. We are committed to transparency and protecting your privacy rights under applicable US federal law, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PrimeAlerts does not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. We do not allow any third-party advertising networks or data brokers to access your account data. Your recipient email addresses and message content are your proprietary data and are never used by PrimeAlerts for any purpose other than delivery.
All data transmitted to and from PrimeAlerts is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data stored on our infrastructure is encrypted at rest using AES-256. We conduct regular third-party security audits and maintain SOC 2 Type II certification. Access to customer data is strictly role-based and logged.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process data under the legal basis of contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@primealerts.us. We will respond within 30 days. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are available upon request for enterprise customers.
PrimeAlerts is a transactional email infrastructure provider and fully complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. All transactional emails sent through our platform must include accurate sender information and must not misrepresent the nature of the message. We enforce these requirements contractually and technically.
Email activity logs are retained for 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Growth), or custom periods (Enterprise). Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after closure. Suppression lists are retained indefinitely to prevent redelivery to bounced or complaining addresses. You may request early deletion by contacting support.

We have zero tolerance for spam. We monitor sending patterns, complaint rates, and bounce rates in real time. Accounts with complaint rates above 0.1% or bounce rates above 5% will be automatically suspended pending review. We report confirmed abuse to relevant authorities and industry bodies.
PrimeAlerts reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to: spam sending, abuse of infrastructure, violation of applicable law, or exceeding agreed sending limits with spammy content. Suspended accounts forfeit remaining prepaid subscription fees.
Our platform utilizes enterprise cloud infrastructure subject to additional acceptable use policies. All customers are required to comply with the underlying cloud provider's acceptable use policies. This includes strict prohibitions on sending unsolicited commercial email and phishing.
PrimeAlerts's aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dover, Delaware.
